Since then, theyâve expanded from their iconic Poetâs on the Square to an additional coffeehouse in the former Perk Up Espresso building down on Jefferson Ave. A common spot for Tennessee Tech homework sessions, playdates, and business meetings, Poetâs Coffee is an enduring Cookeville favorite with a straightforward coffee menu and gourmet sandwiches.
